Every body has a story. Our services are designed to support yours—through acupuncture and hands-on therapies that restore balance, ease pain, and promote recovery from the inside out. Each treatment is tailored to meet you where you are—whether you're recovering from training, navigating stress, working through pain, or simply needing a moment of relaxation.

I am not contracted with any insurance companies and do not accept insurance. I am happy to provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
HSA and FSA payments are welcome. Most patients can pay directly using their HSA/FSA debit card. If your card doesn’t process automatically, I will provide a superbill so you can easily request reimbursement from your plan administrator.
Tuina bodywork and/or manual therapy is available to book as standalone treatments, if no acupuncture is preferred. Book the appointment as usual and notify me of your preference at time of appointment.
Discounted 12-treatment packages are available for purchase and use at my Athletic Form practice.

-
Acupuncture is a key technique in East Asian medicine that uses thin, sterile needles to stimulate specific points on the body. It helps regulate the nervous system, improve circulation, reduce pain, and restore balance to support physical and emotional health.
-
Tuina is a form of Chinese medical massage that uses techniques like kneading, pressing, rolling, and stretching to move qi and blood through the body. It’s especially effective for musculoskeletal issues, tension, and injury recovery, and can be used alongside acupuncture or as a stand-alone therapy.
-
Dry needling uses manipulation of needles to target trigger points—tight, sensitive areas in muscles—often used to release tension, improve range of motion, and reduce pain. Dry needling is typically used in a more orthopedic or sports medicine context and is often more sensational than traditional acupuncture.
-
Cupping involves placing glass or silicone cups on the skin to create suction and alleviate pressure on the underlying tissues. This technique increases blood flow, helps release tight muscles and fascia, and supports the body’s natural detoxification and healing processes. It often leaves temporary marks on the skin, which are part of the therapeutic response.
-
Gua sha is a scraping technique that uses a smooth-edged tool to gently press and glide along the skin. It helps move blood and lymph, release tension, and reduce inflammation—especially useful for pain, tightness, or early-stage colds.
-
Teishin is a gentle, non-insertive acupuncture technique using a small metal tool to stimulate acupuncture points without penetrating the skin. It’s ideal for sensitive individuals, children, or those needing nervous system support with a softer approach.
