Meet Carly

Carly Glenn, LAc., DAHM
Doctor of Acupuncture & East Asian Medicine | Movement Educator

Carly is a licensed acupuncturist with a doctorate in Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine from the Seattle Institute of East Asian Medicine, as well as a long-time teacher of movement through personal training, yoga, barre, Lagree-Pilates, and HYROX training. She blends a deep respect for East Asian medical traditions with nearly 15 years of experience working in gyms and studios—spaces where people show up to challenge themselves, heal, and grow stronger.

Her work is grounded in the belief that recovery is not just about bouncing back—it's about tuning in. Carly partners with clients to support their bodies through the cycles of effort and restoration that come with athletic training, chronic stress, or simply the demands of everyday life.

Her treatments may include acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, tuina massage, dry needling, or teishin, woven together to support the body’s natural intelligence and capacity to heal.

She is especially passionate about making acupuncture accessible to active individuals—whether you’re an athlete recovering from training or someone looking to feel better in your daily life.
